Мета:
o  узагальнити знання учнів з даної теми; вчити спілкуватися про види та засоби подорожування; вести бесіду в усіх сферах, що стосуються подорожей; активізувати вивчену лексику по темі в мовленні та на письмі;
o  розвивати навички діалогічного та монологічного говоріння, читання і перекладу, аудіювання та письма; сприяти розвитку пам’яті, мислення, уваги та уяви; розвивати мовну здогадку;
o  виховувати потребу у вивченні англійської мови; виховувати інтерес до пізнання інших міст і країн та їхньої культури; виховувати культуру спілкування.
Обладнання:		мовні портфоліо учнів, фонетична руханка,  лексика та лексичний матеріал по темі; додаткові завдання по темі.
ІКТ:	магнітофон, запис тексту; комп’ютер, відео повідомлення.

Саша Oh yes, I love travelling. My parents spend too much time visiting different parts of the world, sometimes on business and sometimes for pleasure. I love when they take me with them. Аня Have you ever travelled by plane? Саша Yes, I have. When my parents travel for pleasure, they usually go by plane. Аня What about going by train? Саша We have made some journeys by train. But they were not pleasant enough. Especially in a holiday season. There are too many people inside the carriage. There is too little fresh air on the train. Аня How are you going to spend this holidays? Саша I am not sure yet, but I have received a letter from our friend. She invites us to spend some days in London at her place. Аня I’d like. Саша: For pleasure, we’ve got an invitation from our friend and want to spend a week in London. Лєна: I see, there are so many things to do in London.
